Meet Brooke Michelle, a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. With almost a decade of experience, almost half of which has been virtually, Brooke has honed her skills and expertise to provide top-notch training and guidance to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

During lockdowns in 2020, Brooke went from working as a fitness instructor in several boutique studios to an online platform. With a history of web design, customer service and of course her passion for physical fitness— she created what is now a successful online on-demand fitness studio, BxB Sweat @ Home.

Brooke believes in the power of a holistic approach to health, emphasizing not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional well-being. She has a personal understanding that a healthy lifestyle is a journey, and she is there every step of the way providing support, encouragement, and guidance to help clients overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Brooke is known to be a charismatic and inspiring individual. Her positive energy and infectious enthusiasm create an uplifting and empowering atmosphere in every session. Clients not only benefit from her expertise but also find themselves motivated and inspired to push beyond their limits.

Brooke currently lives in Staten Island, NY with her husband, son and soon to be daughter. Online fitness has taken on a completely new meaning for her now that she is able to workout from the convenience and comfort of her home.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from SUNY Cortland, he has honed his skills through diverse professional environments and interactions with various individuals. Specializing in functional training, he eagerly anticipates collaborating with new clients.

Becoming engaged in fitness has allowed me to become more focused and proactive throughout my days and has helped me physically and cognitively.
